Because the eligibility and payment of employment <br />compensation is not within the purview of Indian River County, staff is recommending deletion <br />of AM -212.2 Unemployment Compensation from the Administrative Policy Manual. <br />Recommendations: <br />Staff recommends and respectfully requests the Board of County Commissioners approve the <br />deletion of AM -212.2 Unemployment Compensation from the Administrative Policy Manual and <br />removal of reference to the policy from the Table of Contents. <br />P45 <br />
