DeBraal - Deputy County Attorney <br />DATE: October 11, 2017 <br />SUBJECT: Release and Satisfaction of Demolition Lien <br />32-39-26-00000-3000-00046.0 <br />2460 41St Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32967 <br />ATTORNEY <br />On November 6, 2015 Indian River County recorded a lien against the property <br />and record owner of 2460 41St Street in Vero Beach with regard to the demolition <br />of three nuisance structures. The amount of the lien was $13,951.46. The <br />property has recently been sold and at closing the lien was satisfied with both the <br />principal amount of the lien and accrued interest being paid. Attached for the <br />Board's consideration is the Release and Satisfaction. <br />FUNDING: <br />The only funding associated with this item is the recordation fee in the amount of <br />$10.00 for recording the Release and Satisfaction in the public records.
