GENERAL SERVICE - 1,250K (GS -1,250K) <br />APPLICABILITY <br />Service is available to Non -Residential Customers using between 1,250,000 er moreand <br />10,999,999 therms per year as determined by the Company. <br />CHARACTER OF SERVICE <br />A firm delivery service of natural gas, or its equivalent, delivered by the Company or <br />Customers' Third Party Supplier ("TPS") with a heating value on the order of 1,100 British Thermal <br />Units per cubic foot. <br />*MONTHLY RATE <br />Customer Charge <br />Demand Charge, per DCQ <br />Distribution Charge, per therm <br />Commodity Charge <br />Gas Supply from PGA <br />$500.00 <br />$0.9575 <br />$0.122251606 <br />Per Rider "A" <br />Gas Supply from TPS <br />$500.00 <br />$0.289575 <br />$0.122251606 <br />Per TPS Agreement <br />*The charges set forth in this Rate Schedule will be adjusted for all other applicable Riders of <br />this Tariff and any additional taxes, assessments or similar charges that are lawfully imposed by <br />the Company. A Customer that receives pas supply from a TPS will be charged by the TPS for <br />commodity according to any agreement between the Customer and the TPS. Only <br />Non -Residential Customers are eligible to receive gas supply from a TPS. <br />DETERMINATION OF THE DEMAND CHARGE QUANTITY (DCQ) <br />taken from an Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) device installed at the premise. The DCQ's used <br />in settina the Billina DCQ shall be those from the Customer's daily metered therm consumption <br />recorded for a period of up to three (3) years ending each March 31st. The results shall be <br />grouped into the seasonal periods of April to October and November to March for purposes of <br />derivina the Billina DCQ. If historical consumption information of at least twelve (121 months is <br />not available, then the Billina DCQ level shall be based upon the rating and expected usage of <br />the Customer's gas equipment as determined by the Company. <br />The Billina DCQ will be determined annually by the Company based on the DCQ history. as <br />determined above, for each of the respective seasonal periods.
