Florida City Gas <br />FPSC Natural Gas Tariff <br />Volume No. 8 <br />GENERAL SERVICE - 60k (9S -60k) <br />APPLICABILITY <br />Revised Sheet No. 37 <br />Service is available to Customers using between 60,000 and 119,999 therms per year as <br />determined by the Company. <br />CHARACTER OF SERVICE <br />A firm delivery service of natural gas, or its equivalent, delivered by the Company or <br />Customers' Third Party Supplier ("TPS") with a heating value on the order of 1,100 British Thermal <br />Units per cubic foot. <br />*MONTHLY RATE <br />Customer Charge <br />Distribution Charge, per therm <br />Commodity Charge <br />Gas Supply from PGA <br />$150.00 <br />$0.30449 <br />Per Rider "A" <br />Gas Supply from TPS <br />$150.00 <br />$0.30449 <br />Per TPS Agreement <br />*The charges set forth in this Rate Schedule will be adjusted for all other applicable Riders of <br />this Tariff and any additional taxes, assessments or similar charges that are lawfully imposed by <br />the Company. A Customer that receives gas supply from a TPS will be charged by the TPS for <br />commodity according to any agreement between the Customer and the TPS. Only <br />Non -Residential Customers are eligible to receive gas supply from a TPS. <br />MINIMUM BILL <br />The minimum monthly bill shall be the Customer Charge. In addition, a minimum annual <br />charge shall be assessed by applying the Distribution Charge hereunder to the difference <br />between the annual minimum qualifying therms specified in this Rate Schedule and the annual <br />usage of the Customer. <br />TERMS OF PAYMENT <br />Bills are due uporeceipt ate ofbmailing or other delivery thereof by the Company. unpaid after <br />expiration of twenty days from <br />TERM OF CONTRACT <br />The initial term of which shall be no less than one (1) year and year to year thereafter <br />until terminated by ninety (90) days written notice by either party. <br />Issued by: Carolyn Bermudez <br />Effective: <br />Vice President, Florida City Gas <br />
