Florida City Gas <br />FPSC Natural Gas Tariff <br />Volume No. 9 Original Sheet No. 63 <br />THIRD PARTY SUPPLIER (TPS) <br />(Continued) <br />NOMINATIONS FOR SERVICE <br />The TPS daily nominations shall consist of the ADDQ amount as provided by the <br />Company, if applicable, plus an .amount to meet their non-ADDQ Customers daily requirements. <br />The TPS shall use its best efforts to match their daily nominations to ADDQ and non-ADDQ <br />requirements for the Customers it serves. Failure to provide nominations may result in <br />suspension of service to Customers of the offending TPS. In addition, TPS must identify <br />interstate pipeline contract(s) on which deliveries will be made to the Company's distribution <br />systemon the Company's EBB conforming with NAESB cycles. Failure to comply with the <br />Company's nominating procedures may result in curtailment of third party gas deliveries or <br />additional monthly cash -outs. Company reserves the right to require daily balancing, and shall <br />have the right to curtail service to ensure deliveries on a uniform basis and to correct any <br />imbalances. <br />Company shall be entitled to retain at no cost to Company a percentage of the quantity of <br />gas delivered by or for the account of Customer at each Receipt Point for transportation to <br />Customer, as gas which shall be deemed to be an allowance for transportation shrinkage in the <br />performance of service under each applicable Rate Schedule. Such percentage shall not be <br />higher than 1.5% without prior approval of the Florida Public Service Commission. The Company <br />shall have the right to adjust the percentage from time to time to reflect the actual operating <br />experience of the Company and/or any change in the methodology used by Company to calculate <br />the amount of gas deemed as transportation shrinkage. Upon request, Company shall furnish to <br />Customer information to support any such adjustment to such percentage. <br />In making Nominations the TPS shall provide the following: <br />(1) The pipeline company and the pipeline transportation contract identifiers under <br />which gas deliveries will be made to the Company's distribution system. <br />(2) The daily quantity of gas, expressed in MMBTU (Dekatherms), to be tendered at <br />each receipt point, however the Company reserves the right to specify at which pipeline receipt <br />point a TPS will deliver gas as a percentage of the TPS total monthly deliveries. <br />(3) The estimated term of the nomination. <br />(4) The name, address, and telephone number of a contact person that is available to <br />receive communication from Company at any and all times and upon whose written and oral <br />communications Company may exclusively rely. <br />Issued by: Carolyn Bermudez Effective: <br />Vice President, Florida City Gas <br />
