M MASTELLER & MOLER, INC. <br />M — CIVIL ENGINEERS <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br />AMENDMENT #1 TO WO # 2A - Masteller & Moler, Inc. <br />IRC COURTHOUSE JUDGES SECURITY UPGRADE — IRC Project No. 1621 <br />CONSTRUCTION SERVICES <br />This Amendment is for work we performed to assist with New Conduit design and installation of the Courthouse <br />Judges Security Upgrade Project. This work was considered beyond the scope of our original contract as <br />requested by County. <br />Scope of Work: <br />Preparation of revised Construction Plans to depict an alternate conduit system for the pedestrian gate <br />system to eliminate new conduit from entering the existing structure. <br />We completed the above-described scope of work based on the Hourly Billing Rates listed in our Continuing <br />Contract Agreement for Professional Services, dated November 15, 2011, and that certain Extension and <br />Amendment of Continuing Contract Agreement for Professional Services entered into as of this 4th day of <br />November, 2014 (collectively referred to as the "Agreement"), by and between INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a <br />political subdivision of the State of Florida ("COUNTY") and Masteller & Moler, Inc. ("Consultant").
