RESOLUTION NO. 2017-001SWDD <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br /> COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br /> FLORIDA, SERVING AS THE INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br /> SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL DISTRICT BOARD <br /> APPROVING CONVEYANCE OF RECYCLING <br /> MATERIALS FOR A RECYCLING PROGRAM TO THE <br /> SCHOOL DISTRICT OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY. <br /> WHEREAS, the Indian River County Solid Waste Disposal District wishes to convey <br /> materials to be used by the School District of Indian River County in its recycling program; and <br /> WHEREAS, the materials are provided as is and any future replacement of the materials <br /> shall be the responsibility of the School District of Indian River County; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br /> COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, THAT: <br /> 1. The Board finds that the School District of Indian River County has made application as <br /> required by Florida Statutes section 125.38 for conveyance of the recycling materials for <br /> a recycling program; <br /> 2. The materials shall be used for recycling programs at select schools in the School <br /> District of Indian River County; and, <br /> 3. The Board of County Commissioners serving as the Indian River County Solid Waste <br /> Disposal District Board approves and authorizes the conveyance of the recycling <br /> materials set forth in Exhibit "A" to the School District of Indian River County at no cost to <br /> the School District of Indian River County. <br /> The foregoing Resolution was offered by Commissioner Adam and <br /> seconded by Commissioner Zorc , and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was <br /> as follows: <br /> Chairman Peter D. O'Bryan AYE <br /> Vice Chairman Bob Solari ABSENT <br /> Commissioner Susan Adams AYE <br /> Commissioner Joseph E.
