RESOLUTION NO. 2013- 043 <br />(3) Dedicates a lift station easement to Indian River County for <br />construction and maintenance of sanitary sewer facilities; and <br />WHEREAS, on the face of the plat there are no acceptances of the above <br />recited dedications by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA that: <br />1. The dedication of utility easements, Tract 'J', and the lift station <br />easement all as shown on the face of the plat of Cross Creek Lake <br />Estates Plat One, as recorded in Plat Book 26, Page 70 of the public <br />records of Indian River County, Florida are hereby expressly and <br />formally accepted for the purposes set forth in said plat; and <br />2. This resolution shall be recorded in the Public Records of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and as soon as recorded, the Clerk of Court is <br />instructed to make a notation of the face of the plat of Cross Creek <br />Lake Estates Plat One referencing the book and page of this <br />resolution. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Dads , and <br />the motion was seconded by Commissioner _! escher , and, upon being put to a <br />vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Joseph E.
