RESOLUTION NO. 2013- 044 <br /> WHEREAS, on the face of the plat there are no acceptances of the above <br /> recited dedications by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br /> County. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br /> COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA that: <br /> 1. The dedication of utility easements all as shown on the face of the plat <br /> of Cross Creek Lake Estates Plat Two, as recorded in Plat Book 26, <br /> Page 74 of the public records of Indian River County, Florida are <br /> hereby expressly and formally accepted for the purposes set forth in <br /> said plat; and <br /> 2. This resolution shall be recorded in the Public Records of Indian River <br /> County, Florida, and as soon as recorded, the Clerk of Court is <br /> instructed to make a notation of the face of the plat of Cross Creek <br /> Lake Estates Plat Two referencing the book and page of this <br /> resolution. <br /> The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Davis , and <br /> the motion was seconded by Commissioner Fl escher , and, upon being put to a <br /> vote, the vote was as follows: <br /> Chairman Joseph E.
