On behalf of the Public Works Department and in <br />accordance with FS 287.055, Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) were solicited for professional <br />coastal engineering and biological support services related to the management and renourishment <br />of the Sector 7 project area. As identified in the County Beach Preservation Plan, Sector 7 begins <br />18.3 miles south of the Sebastian Inlet and extends approximately 2.2 miles between the Florida <br />Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) Reference (R) Monuments R -97-R-108. These scores were compiled by the committee and an overall ranking <br />P38 <br />
