The motion carried by the following vote: <br />Aye: 5- Chairman Flescher, Vice Chairman O'Bryan, Commissioner Adams, Commissioner <br />Solari, and Commissioner Zorc <br />15.A.3. 17-1162 Approval of FY 2017/2018 EMS County Awards Grant: Purchase of <br />Capital/Operating Equipment Using Non -Matching EMS Grant Funds and Grant <br />Resolution <br />Recommended Action: Staff recommends approval of the FY 2017/2018 EMS Grant and the Resolution to <br />purchase the equipment and services as noted. Staff further recommends the <br />authorization for the Chairman to execute the necessary documents to obtain funds <br />from the Department of Health in the amount of $26,659.00 and authorize budget <br />amendments as required to receive and expend the grant funds. <br />Indian River County Florida Page 1 <br />
