Emergency Services District <br />The Board reconvened as the Board of Commissioners of the Emergency <br />Services District. Those Minutes will be approved at an upcoming Emergency <br />Services District meeting. <br />15.A.1. 17-1231 FY 2016-2017 Records Disposition Compliance Statement and Records <br />Management Liaison Officer Form, Emergency Services District <br />Recommended action: It is recommended that the Chairman be authorized to sign the Records <br />Management Compliance Statement for Fiscal Year 2016 - 2017 for the Indian <br />River County Emergency Services District <br />Attachments: Staff Report <br />Department of State Notification Letter <br />Compliance Statement <br />A motion was made by Vice Chairman Solari, seconded by Commissioner <br />Flescher, to approve staffs recommendation. The motion carried by the following <br />vote: <br />Aye: 5- Chairman O'Bryan, Vice Chairman Solari, Commissioner Adams, Commissioner <br />Flescher, and Commissioner Zorc <br />The Board of Commissioners of the Emergency Services District reconvened as <br />the Board of Commissioners of the Solid Waste Disposal District. <br />Indian River County Florida Page 1 <br />
