These properties had been on the <br />List of Lands Available for Taxes for the prerequisite three years, and the Clerk of Court <br />issued and recorded an Escheatment Tax Deed for each. The properties are identified <br />as: <br />• Lots 114 and 115, Block 5, Hall, Carter & James Subdivision <br />Site address: 1050 State Street, Fellsmere, Florida 32948 <br />• Lot 108, Block 4, Hall, Carter & James Subdivision <br />Site address: 1018 State Street, Fellsmere, Florida 32948 <br />Since these properties are located within the boundaries of an incorporated municipality <br />of the County, and because the properties were not acquired for infill housing and no <br />applications for restitution of the properties were filed by the record fee simple owners of <br />the properties as of the date the county obtained title, the County is required under <br />Section 197.592(3), Florida Statutes, to convey the properties to the governing board of <br />the municipality in which the lands are located. <br />Approved for February 17, 2015 BCC Meeting <br />Consent Agenda <br />COUNTY ATTORNEY <br />1 <br />Indian River Co. <br />Admin. <br />Co.
