Page 7 of 25: Insurance Requirements, Longshoreman's — If we were to subcontract out <br />the installation of the navigational/manatee protection signage, would we, as the prime contractor be <br />required to carry Longshoremen's insurance provided that the subcontractor has it? <br />Answer: The prime contractor is required to carry Longshoreman's Insurance. <br />-Question- 2. What- aretoe t-itiuide ! Damages -13n t pvojeet7 <br />Answer: There are no liquidated damages for the project. <br />Question 3. We noticed that the DEP permit drawings are stamped Oct 18, 2011 and the USACE <br />drawings are dated 6/4/12. Are there any more recent or cleaner/more descriptive drawings available? <br />Answer: There are no more recent drawings. The clearest drawings available are attached (Zamora & <br />Associates Drawings, USACE numbered 2-12 of 13). <br />Question 4. Are there any time limits when work cannot be performed? <br />Answer: No. <br />187 <br />
