On a parallel track aimed at reducing the City's electric costs and rates, on that <br />same date, and also pursuant to the Interim Mediation Agreement, I sent a letter to Mr. <br />Nicholas Guarriello, CEO of the Florida Municipal Power Agency, asking FMPA to meet with <br />representatives of the City to discuss and negotiate, to the extent possible, ways of reducing the <br />City's wholesale power supply costs that we incur through our participation in the Stanton <br />Project, the Stanton II Project, and the St. Lucie Project.
