This task will also <br />include preparation of a briefing document and a report to summarize the study results. <br />In addition to the onsite meetings with City staff to review preliminary study results the <br />scope of services includes up to seven (7) meetings to present the study results to the <br />public. These presentations include meetings with the City's advisory committees, and <br />public workshops and hearings with the City Council. <br />5-2 LIST OF DELIVERABLES <br />The deliverables to be provided in this engagement include the following items: <br />• Data Request <br />• Five (5) Year Financial Forecast <br />• Test Year Cost of Service Analysis <br />• Proposed Rate and Fee Schedules <br />• Rate Comparisons <br />• Briefing Documents to Summarize Study Results <br />• Study Report <br />5-3 ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br />During the term of the agreement, the City may request additional services related to its <br />electric utility rate structure and revenue sufficiency. Such services will not be conducted <br />until authorized by the City as mutually agreed upon between the City and the <br />Consultant. The City will be billed for such additional services based on the direct hourly <br />labor rates as set forth in the Agreement and any direct out of pocket expenses associated <br />with such additional work. Alternatively, the City and the Consultant may negotiate a <br />separate all inclusive fee for each additional scope of service requested. <br />Such additional services may include but not be limited to: <br />• Additional meetings and presentations, additional financial and rate analyses <br />requested after substantial completion of the study. <br />• Periodic updates to the five year financial forecast based on actual revenues and <br />expenses, and ongoing monitoring of rate sufficiency. <br />• Model the impact on rates/rate structure for various cost saving initiatives <br />proposed as part of a separate utility optimizsition study. <br />245 <br />
