4. Those additional CITY responsibilities as set forth in the terms of the applicable <br />WORK ORDER issued pursuant to this MAS 1'Elt AGREEMENT. <br />C. DESIGNATED CITY REPRESENTATIVE. <br />1. REPRESENTATIVE AS TO MASTER AGREEMENT. CITY designates the <br />following listed individual as CITY's designated representative, to represent CITY in all <br />matters pertaining to this MASTER AGREEMENT. <br />Name: Cynthia D. CITY shall designate in each <br />WORK ORDER its representative for all matters pertaining to performance of the work <br />under such WORK ORDER together with such representative's address, telephone <br />number and facsimile number. <br />3. Designated representatives and contact information may be changed by the <br />giving of written notice as provided herein. <br />4. Designation of CITY representatives notwithstanding, it is understood that final <br />authority for CITY on all matters rests solely with the City Council and <br />PROFESSIONAL acknowledges this fact. <br />SECTION III - CHANGES AND ADDITIONAL WORK <br />Any changes in the work or additional work necessitated by unforeseen conditions, or by changes <br />to a project's plans or scope of the project due to requests of CITY after approval and acceptance of the <br />plans and scope by CITY, shall be subject of and may commence only upon approval and issuance by <br />CITY of an additional WORK ORDER and notice -to -proceed. Such change in the work or additional <br />work shall be performed by PROFESSIONAL in accordance with the fee schedule provided in such <br />WORK ORDER <br />SECTION IV - DURATION OF AGREEMENT <br />A. MAS 17;11 AGREEMENT. This MASTER AGREEMENT shall. be a continuing contract <br />and remain in full force for five (5) years unless otherwise terminated pursuant to the <br />terms of this MAS Mt AGREEMENT. <br />B. WORK ORDER.
