<br />political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose address is: 1801 27`x' Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960-3388,
<br />Grantor, to the STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, Grantee: (Wherever used herein
<br />the terms "Grantor" and "Grantee" include all the parties to this instrument and the heirs, legal representatives and
