The proposed improvements include widening the existing two- <br />lanenoadvvaytoafour|anedkvidednoadway,trafficsi8na|s,bhdQenep|aoement,drainageimnprovements <br />grassed mrlandscaped median and sidewalks. <br />TD Bank NA owns a 3.78 acre parcel that was formerly owned by James C. and Vlrgie Hughes. The <br />property went into foreclosure April 2017. To accommodate the future planned improvements on 661 <br />Avenue, the County needs to acquire the 0.15 acres of the parcel for right-of-way purposes. <br />The County obtained anappraisal mfthe property indicating avalue of The County offered the <br />appraised value of$3,5K}O1)Otopurchase the Q1Sacres.
