ORDINANCE NO. 2018- 001 <br />This ordinance was advertised in the Indian River Press Journal on the 13th day of <br />January, 2018, for a public hearing to be held on the 23th day of January, 2018, at which <br />time it was moved for adoption by Commissioner Flescher , seconded by <br />Commissioner Adams , and adopted by the following vote.- <br />Chairman <br />ote: <br />Chairman Peter D.
