DeBraal - Deputy County Attorneyw/ <br />DATE: December 27, 2017 <br />SUBJECT: Resolutions Cancelling Taxes on Properties Purchased by Indian River <br />County for Public Purposes <br />Resolutions have been prepared for the purpose of cancelling any delinquent or current <br />taxes which may exist on the following properties purchased by Indian River County for <br />public purposes: <br />1. Property purchased from Janie Greene, Ellis Greene and Kathleen F. Greene and <br />fully described in that certain Warranty Deed recorded in Book 3025, Pages 2176- <br />2178 of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida for construction of a <br />regional stormwater facility to remove pollution from Indian River Farms Water <br />Control District's North Relief Canal. <br />2. Property purchased from Randy and Diane Lott and fully described in that certain <br />Warranty Deed recorded in Book 3057, Pages 994-995 of the Public Records of <br />Indian River County, Florida for 66"' Avenue right-of-way and stormwater <br />treatment in connection with the 66th Avenue Widening Project. <br />3. Property purchased from SBA Towers III LLC and fully described in that certain <br />Warranty Deed recorded in Book 3072, Pages 1748-1750 of the Public Records of <br />Indian River County, Florida for 65th Street right-of-way in connection with the <br />66th Avenue Widening Project. <br />4. Property purchased from G & T LLC and fully described in that certain Special <br />Warranty Deed recorded in Book 3080, Page 1550 of the Public Records of <br />Indian River County, Florida for courthouse related expansion. <br />53 <br />
