<br />This Special Warranty Deed, Made the 21 st day of December, 2017, by G 8r T LLC, a Florida limited
<br />liability company, having its place of business at: 500 Loretto Avenue, Coral Gables, FL 33146,
<br />hereinafter called the "Grantor", to Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida,
<br />whose post office address is: 2015 16 Ave., Vero Beach, FL 32960, hereinafter called the "Grantee".
<br />WITNESSETH: That said Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and No Cents
<br />($10.00) and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, by these presents

<br />Grantee against the claims of all persons, claiming by, through or under Grantor, but not otherwise.
