RESOLUTION NO. 2015 -0g, <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING <br />AN EASEMENT ON LOTS 12 THROUGH 22, BLOCK B, EAGLE TRACE <br />SUBDIVISION REPLAT, A.K.A EAGLE TRACE UNIT I <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a maintenance easement on Lots 12-22, Block B, <br />of Eagle Trace Subdivision Replat, also known as Eagle Trace Unit I; and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of the easement, as described below, serves no public purpose; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida that: <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest <br />that it may have in the following described easement(s): <br />the rear yard 15 foot maintenance easement of Lots 12-22, Block B, being the east I5 feet of the <br />west 35 feet of such Lots 12-22, Block B, Replat of Eagle Trace Subdivision, PB 17, PG 34, A.K.A. Eagle <br />Trace Unit I, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 19, Page 12, of the Public Records of <br />Indian River County, Florida. <br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of <br />Florida, whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960. <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner F1 PGS-r,PY <br />Commissioner Davis , and adopted on the 18th day of <br />August 2015, by the following vote: <br />Chairman Wesley S.
