EXTENSION TO CONTINUING CONTRACT AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br />BETWEEN <br />JAY AMMON ARCHITECT, INC. AND INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />This Extension to Continuing Contract Agreement for Professional Services (Extension) <br />dated February r, 2018 between JAY AMMON ARCHITECT, INC. (Consultant) whose <br />address is 3246 Lakeview Oaks Drive, Longwood, FL 32779 and INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a <br />political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, <br />Florida, 32967 (County). <br />WHEREAS, the Parties entered into an Agreement for Professional Services (Master <br />Agreement) dated April 18, 2014; and <br />WHEREAS, Section 4 — TERM, TIME FOR COMPLETION provides for the Master <br />Agreement to be extended for an additional 3 year period; and <br />WHEREAS, the Parties mutually desire to extend the Master Agreement for an <br />additional three year term. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the following mutual covenants and agreements, <br />Indian River County, Florida and Jay Ammon Architect, Inc. agree as follows: <br />1. The Agreement for Professional Services dated April 18, 2014 is hereby extended for <br />an additional three year term and shall now expire on April 17, 2020. <br />2. Except as supplemented herein, the terms and conditions of the Master Agreement <br />shall remain in full force and effect.
