RESOLUTION NO. 2018- 018 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br /> COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br /> ESTABLISHING A FEE SCHEDULE FOR INSTALLATION OF A <br /> NEW METER WITH A TEMPORARY STAND PIPE APPARATUS <br /> AND HOSE BIB DURING CONSTRUCTION. <br /> WHEREAS, in order to protect the County's potable water system, the County's Department of <br /> Utility Services seeks to install a temporary stand pipe apparatus with a hose bib when installing <br /> meters to be used for new construction <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County wishes to establish a <br /> thirty—five dollar ($35.00) fee for such apparatus; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County allow staff to pass on <br /> the cost of the apparatus and its installation to the customer requiring the meter <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA that the following fees are hereby established: <br /> 1. Thirty-five dollar ($35.00) fee for the installation of a meter with a temporary stand pipe <br /> apparatus and hose bib to be used for new construction. <br /> The foregoing Resolution was offered by Commissioner Flescher and seconded <br /> by Commissioner Adams , and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br /> Chairman Peter D. O'Bryan AYE <br /> Vice Chairman Bob Solari ABSENT <br /> Commissioner Susan Adams AYE <br /> CommissionerJoseph E.
