The same was checked over, and approved,and were <br />ordered returned to the 'State Comptroller with this Board's approval of same. <br />There being no further business on motion made, seconded and carried, the Board <br />then adjourned until the regular meeting in January 1933. <br />AT t , Chairman <br />:,� <br />Clerk. <br />MONDA-', JANUARY 2nd 1933. <br />The Board of County Commissioners in and for Indian River County, Florida, met at <br />the Court House in Vero Beach, at 10:00 o'clock A.X,,Monday, January 2nd 19339 with the <br />following members of the Board presents 11bDw Yongue; T.W'.LaBruce; J.J.P.Hamilton and <br />Eli C. Walker. Absent Albert O.Helseth. .Also present was Miles Warren, Clerk. <br />On motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, Eli C Walker, was named Chairman <br />pro tem. <br />The minutes of the previous meeting was read and.approved. <br />Application for Mothers Pension of Mrs Alma King, Vero Beach, was received and <br />considered, and same approved for the sum of $10.00 per month until the further orders <br />of this Board. <br />The bond of John T Beugnot, as Constable District #19 in the sum of $500.00- with <br />Roy K Fields and E.W.Viekers, as sureties was approved. <br />It was ordered that the following tax sale certificates be sold for the amount <br />indicated. <br />Cert. 330 sale of 1926 for the sum of.....$20.07 <br />516 sale of 1927 for the sum of..... 49.92 <br />514 sal -e of 1927 for the sum of .....140.80 <br />510 sale of 1928 for the sum of ..... 6.99 <br />639 sale of 1925 for the sum of..... - 5.53 <br />1158 sale of 1927 for the sum of .....107.10 <br />885 sale of 1927 for the sum of..... 32.42 - 1/4 of this Cert . only . <br />It was ordered that the Deputy Registration officers of the various precincts be <br />paid the sum of 06.00 each. <br />It vas ordered that F.A.Knight be paid $90.00 as balance due for October --November <br />and December 1932, as Jail Guard same to be paid out of the contingency item of the <br />General Revenue Fund <br />Tax Assessor W.R.Duncan filed his semi-annual statement of fees and commiiiiiions <br />received for the period July lst 1932 to December 31st 19329 as follows: <br />REPORT OF TAX ASSESSOR, INDIAN RIVER COUNTY. <br />For the Sint months ending Dec 31st 1932. <br />FEE` a, C011MI IONS AND REb1ltWRATION COIZECTED. <br />From County for -1931 roll..............................$300.00 <br />From County for 1932 roll .............................. 729.25 <br />From ,State Comptrollers office 1932 roll ............... 507.09 <br />From Board of Administration for 1932 roll... 448.68 <br />Total receipts for six months ending Dec 31st 1932......, ... e&eee**$lp985*02 <br />EXPENSES: <br />Office expenses,s ationery & postage ................... 18.50 <br />Salaries Deputies: Anne Eckhoff........................ 255.00 <br />C.E.Duncan,tracing and blue -prints plats of County..... 26.00 <br />Mrs A.
