<br />Notice Of hearing to consider the adoption of a
<br />county ordinance rezoningg land from: RM -8, MUM -
<br />Family Residential Dlstrial to RS -8. Single-
<br />Pamlly Residential District. The subject property Is
<br />presently owned by Vero Building Corporation. The
<br />subject property is located 200 feet west of Old
<br />Dlxle Hlghw' ey, between 8th Street and 12th Street,
<br />on the north side of Phase 1 of Colonial Gardens,
<br />and
<br />t contains approximately 12.85 acres. The sub-
<br />lies

<br />being in Indian River County, Florida.
<br />A public hearing at which parties In Interest and
<br />citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard, will
<br />be held by the Board of County Commissioners of
<br />Indian River County, Florida, in the County Commis-
<br />sion Chambers of the County Administration Build -
<br />Ing, located at 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Flor-
<br />ida on Tuesday, October 13,1992, at 9:05 a.m.
<br />The Board of County Commissioners may adopt
<br />another zoning district, other than the dlstrkt re-
<br />quested, provided it Is within the same general use
<br />category.
<br />Anyone who may wish to appeal any decision
<br />which may be made at this meeting will need to en-
