STATE OF FLORIDA <br />DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION <br />GRANT AGREEMENT <br />SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br />AGREEMENT No. 171R1 <br />ATTACHMENT 2 <br />These Special Terms and Conditions shall be read together with general terms outlined in the Standard Terms and <br />Conditions, Attachment 1. Where in conflict, these morie specific terms shall apply. <br />1. Scope of Work. <br />The Project funded under this Agreement is Wabasso Indian River Sector 3) Beach Restoration. The Project is <br />defined in more detail in the Attachment 3, Grant Work Plan. <br />2. Duration. <br />a.
