Tuesday, October 20, 1992 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, met in Regular Session at the County Commission Chambers, <br />1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, October 20, <br />1992, at 9:00 o'clock A. M. Present were Carolyn K. Eggert, <br />Chairman; Margaret C. Bowman, Vice Chairman; Richard N. Bird; Don <br />C. Scurlock, Jr.; and John W. Tippin. Also present were James E. <br />Chandler, County Administrator; Charles P. Vitunac, County <br />Attorney; Jeffrey K. Barton, Clerk to the Board, and Deputy Clerks <br />Barbara Bonnah and Diane Albin. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order. <br />Rev. Elinor O'Malley, Minister, Science of the Mind Center, <br />gave the Invocation, and Chairman Eggert led the Pledge of <br />Allegiance to the Flag. <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA/EMERGENCY ITEMS <br />Chairman Eggert requested the addition of Item 7H, Ken Macht's <br />bond, which had to be reissued because the date was incorrect. <br />Clerk to the Board Jeffrey K. Barton requested the addition of <br />Item 8A, disussion regarding continuance of the Courthouse Advisory <br />Committee. <br />Attorney Vitunac requested the addition of Item 12B, Heritage <br />Village utilities case. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously added the <br />above items to the Agenda. <br />Boa 8 7 PATE 846 <br />
