Finney, SRA �•+•�-� <br />County Right of Way Agent CONSENT A GEMD a <br />SUBJECT: Additional Right -of -Way; 58th Avenue, Living Lord Luthern Church <br />DATE: October 23, 1992 <br />DESCRiPTiON A DNDMONe <br />The church is dedicating five feet (5) of right -of --way on the proposed site plan and an additional <br />thirty five feet (35) of right-of-way is needed on the west side of 58th Avenue north of 26th Street <br />for the future widening improvements. Tye church purchased the property <br />seven Years ago. The parcel is 35, x 331.25 or 11,593.75 square feet. The county offered to <br />Purchase the right -of --way parcel at $.50 per square foot or $5,797, which was unacceptable. Tye <br />county then offered to purchase at $.60 per square foot or $6,956, which was still unacceptable to <br />the Church Board. The church agreed to sell the right -of --way for $.75 per square foot or $8,695.32. <br />This figure appears reasonable for this property in close proximity to proposed commercial <br />developments at the 58th Avenue and Route 60 intersection. <br />Staff requests the Board accept the $8,695.32 contract and direct the Chairman to execute the , <br />contract on the Board's behalf. <br />8 <br />
