Eggert REFERENCES: <br />Commission Chairman <br />Many very fine and qualified people applied for positions on <br />the Planning and Zoning Commission, and the decision was a <br />difficult one for me. <br />The deciding factor came in the area of real or perceived <br />current or future conflict of interest. Since I did not want anv <br />appearance of conflict of interest through employment, 1 chose a - <br />very qualified man with a broad background including elected <br />office - William A. McNamee. <br />I ask you to approve Mr. McNamee as my appointment to <br />Planning and Zoning Commission, District 2. Thank you! <br />The other applications will be kept on file in the BCC <br />office for future use. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously approved <br />the appointment of William A.
