Finney, S <br />County Right of Way Agent <br />SUBJECT: Purchase Authorization; CR 510 and SR A -1-A Right -of --Way Acquisition, Barkett <br />Parcel <br />DATE: November 6, 1992 <br />W I' K • K41611Mli • . <br />Indian River County is planning to widen County Road 510 and install si <br />gnalization at the <br />intersection of CR 510 and SR A -1-A. The additional right-of-way needed to accomplish this <br />project consists of the acquisition of 10 parcels. A Contract For Sale and Purchase was sent to each <br />property owner at the appraised value of each of the parcels. Seven of the ten have closed. Mr. & <br />Mrs. Barkett have agreed to sell at the $4,333.00 appraised value and have executed the Contract <br />For Sale and Purchase which includes an additional $98.00 for the water assessment.
