Miscellaneous Budget Amendment 002 <br />The Board reviewed memo from OMB Director Joe Baird dated <br />November 18, 1992: <br />TO: Members of the Board <br />of County Commissioners <br />DATE: November 18, 1992 <br />SUBJECT: MISCELLANEOUS BUDGET AMENDMENT 002 <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />FROM: Joseph A. Baird <br />t, <br />OMB Director <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />The attached budget amendment is to appropriate funding for the following: <br />1. At the meeting of November 17, 1992 the Board of County <br />Commissioners approved funding in the amount of $9,056.00 for the <br />Council on Aging from General Fund Contingencies. <br />2. Supervisor of Elections, at the Board of County Commissioners <br />request, hired Carter and Associates to revise precinct maps and <br />district boundaries for the 1992 elections. The cost of $2,600 needs to <br />be transferred from the General Fund Contingencies to cover the <br />expense. <br />3. Board of County Commissioners approved the addition at Fire Station <br /># 1 on November 17, 1992 at a cost of $52,000. Money was to be <br />transferred forward from old year to cover the expense (Cash <br />Forward). <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners approve the attached budget <br />amendment 002. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Tippin, the Board unanimously approved <br />budget amendment 002, as set out in the above staff <br />recommendation. <br />9 <br />NOV 24 1992 800K <br />
