BOOK 88 PAGE 135 <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 92-216, Supplementing Resolution No. 85- <br />75 of Indian River County, Florida as amended and <br />supplemented; amending Resolution 85-126 of the <br />County; authorizing the retirement of a portion of <br />the outstanding refunding and improvement revenue <br />bonds, series 1985, of the -County and the retirement <br />of all of the outstanding capital improvement <br />revenue bonds, series 1987, of the County; <br />authorizing the issuance of not exceeding $7,530,000 <br />refunding revenue bonds, series 1992, of the County, <br />as the third installment. of the bonds originally <br />authorized under said resolution to provide funds <br />for said retirements; making certain covenants and <br />agreements in connection therewith; and providing an <br />effective date. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92- 2� <br />A RESOLUTION SUPPLEMENTING RESOLUTION NO. 85-75 OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND <br />SUPPLEMENTED; AMENDING RESOLUTION. NO. 85-126 OF THE <br />COUNTY; AUTHORIZING THE RETIREMENT OF A PORTION OF THE <br />OUTSTANDING REFUNDING AND IMPROVEMENT REVENUE BONDS, <br />SERIES 1985, OF THE COUNTY AND THE RETIREMENT OF ALL OF <br />THE OUTSTANDING CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT REVENUE BONDS, <br />SERIES 1987, OF THE COUNTY; AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF <br />NOT EXCEEDING $7,530,000 REFUNDING REVENUE BONDS, SERIES <br />1992, OF THE COUNTY, AS THE THIRD INSTALLMENT OF THE <br />BONDS ORIGINALLY AUTHORIZED UNDER SAID RESOLUTION, TO <br />PROVIDE FUNDS FOR SAID RETIREMENTS; MAKING CERTAIN <br />COVENANTS AND AGREEMENTS IN CONNECTION THEREWITH; AND <br />PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA: <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY FOR RESOLUTION. This Resolution, which supplements <br />the Master Bond Resolution hereinafter defined and amends Resolution No. 85-126 <br />of the County, is adopted pursuant to Chapters 125 and 279, Florida Statutes <br />(1991), as amended, County Home Rule Ordinance No. 77-19, as amended, the Master <br />Bond Resolution and other applicable provisions of law. <br />SECTION 2. DEFINITIONS. All terms used herein shall have the meanings <br />ascribed to them in the Master Bond Resolution, except as otherwise expressly <br />provided herein. When used in this Resolution the following terms shall have the <br />following meanings, unless the context clearly requires otherwise: <br />A. "Act" shall mean Chapters 125 and 279, Florida Statutes (1991), as <br />amended, County Home Rule Ordinance No. 77-19, as amended, the Master Bond <br />Resolution and other applicable provisions of law. <br />B.
