IIS -92 -31 -CO <br />BACKGROUND <br />On September 15, 1992 the Indian River County Board of County <br />Commissioners approved negotiations with and the selection of CDM, <br />Inc., for our continuing consulting service needs for wastewater <br />treatment plants. The staff of the Department of Utility Services <br />has completed negotiations with CDM for these services and is <br />prepared to enter into an agreement with them for same. The funding <br />for this work will come from Account No. 471-218-536-033.19, <br />currently in our 1992-1993 fiscal year budget. <br />52 <br />
