Addendum to Humane Society <br />The Board reviewed memo from Assistant County Attorney Terry <br />O'Brien dated December 4, 1992: <br />TO: Board of County Commissioners G� a <br />FROM: Terrence P. O'Brien - Assistant County Attorney V-? <br />DATE: December 4, 1992 <br />SUBJECT: ADDENDUM TO HUMANE SOCIETY <br />An addendum to the Humane Society's Agreement with the County was <br />executed on October 16, 1990 by the County and the Society. The <br />purpose of this addendum was to provide, on a leased basis, additional <br />County land for parking space at the Society's facility. <br />The legal description when surveyed and compared against the proposed <br />plan for parking was inconsistent. The correct legal description has <br />now been obtained. <br />A new addendum superseding the legal description of the October 16, <br />1990 addendum has been prepared for Commission consideration and <br />execution is recommended. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously approved <br />and authorized the Chairman to execute the Addendum <br />to the Agreement with the Humane Society to correct <br />the legal description, as recommended by staff. <br />ADDENDUM TO AGREEMENT <br />IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />J.
