Heathcav-w. <br />Code Enforcement Officer <br />DATE: November 30, 1992 <br />SUBJECT: RELEASE OF EASEMENT REQUEST BY: <br />Raul & Yolanda Gamez <br />Lots 4 & 6, Block 11 Tropical Village Estates Subdivision <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at their regular <br />meeting of December 1'5�=, 1992. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />The County.has been petitioned by Paul & Yolanda Gamez, owners of <br />the subject property, for the release of the common three (3) foot <br />side lot utility and drainage easements of Lots 4 & 6, Block 1, <br />Tropical Village Estate Subdivision. It is the petitioners' <br />intention to construct a single-family residence on the combined <br />lots. <br />The current zoning classification of <br />Single -Family Residential District. <br />2, allowing up to six (6) units per <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS: <br />the subject property is RS -61 <br />The Land Use Designation is L - <br />acre. <br />The request has been reviewed by Southern Bell Telephone Company, <br />Florida Power & Light Company, Falcon Cable Corporation, and the <br />Indian River Utilities Department, and the Road & Bridge and <br />Engineering Divisions. Based upon their reviews, there would be no <br />adverse impact in supplying utilities to the subject property. <br />4 <br />
