Attitude is <br />particularly critical and this kind of attitude would not be <br />tolerated in the private sector. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously upheld the <br />decision of staff to terminate the employment of <br />Thaddeaus C.
