H. Release of 8 Utility Liens - 12th Street Water Project <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated December 16, 1992: <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />INTER -OFFICE MEMORANDUM <br />TO: BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />*.#— J`, 44�� <br />FROM: Lea R. Keller, CIA, County Attorney's Office <br />DATE: December 16, 1992 <br />RE: RELEASE OF 6 UTILITY LIENS <br />12TH STREET WATER PROJECT <br />The attached release of lien covers eight properties which were <br />originally included to be served by the 12th Street water project; <br />however, these properties are on a private road and cannot receive <br />service. Therefore, the liens which were recorded on the public records <br />at the time of the preliminary assessment now need to be released. <br />The attached lien release is in proper form for the Chairman to sign on <br />behalf of the Board of County Commissioners. <br />REQUEST: The Board approve the release and authorize the Chairman to <br />sign. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Tippin, the Board unanimously approved <br />the following lien -related document, as recommended <br />by staff. <br />RELEASE AND EXHIBIT ARE ON FILE <br />IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />PUBLIC HEARING - HOLMES, ET AL REQUEST TO REZONE 20.88 ACRES FROM <br />HEAVY COMMERCIAL DISTRICT TO LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT <br />The hour of 9:05 A.M. having passed, the County Attorney <br />announced that this Public Hearing had been properly advertised as <br />follows: <br />9 <br />L_ JAN 5199-1.
