SPECIAL MEETING <br />Thursday, January 7, 1993 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida met in Special Session at the County Commission Chambers, <br />1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida on Thursday, January 7, 1993, <br />at 7:00 P. M. Present were Richard N. Bird, Chairman; John W. <br />Tippin, Vice Chairman; Carolyn K. Eggert; Fran B. Adams; and <br />Kenneth R. Macht. Also present were James E. Chandler, County <br />Administrator; Charles P. Vitunac, County Attorney; and Patricia <br />Held, Deputy Clerk. <br />Present from the City of Vero Beach were Vice -Mayor Carl <br />Pease; Councilwoman Caroline Ginn; Councilman Bill Jordan; City <br />Manager T. M. Klaric; City Attorney Larry Braisted; and Planning <br />Director Dennis Ragsdale. <br />Also present was Dr. Peter Fallon, Commissioner of the <br />Sebastian Inlet Taxing District. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order. <br />The hour of 7:00 P.
