RESOLUTION NO. 93- 9 <br />5. The newspaper must be available to the public generally for <br />the publication of official or other notices and customarily <br />containing information of a public character or of interest or <br />value to the residents or owners of property in the county <br />where published or of interest or value to the general <br />public.; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following <br />newspaper shall be the legal and official advertiser for the time period <br />February, 1993, through January 31, 1994: <br />VERO BEACH PRESS JOURNAL <br />The resolution <br />was moved <br />for adoption <br />by Commissioner <br />_ I:qgPrt , <br />and the motion was <br />seconded by <br />Commissioner <br />Macht , and, <br />upon being <br />put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Richard N.
