Traffic Circulation: The project site will have three <br />driveways, one on 58th Avenue and two on S.R. 60. The <br />internal circulation plan makes provisions for access through <br />the project site to the adjacent commercially zoned sites to <br />the east and west. Legal access will be provided to these <br />adjacent commercial properties through access easements <br />granted with the final PD plat. <br />The driveways on S.R. 60 will have limited movements. At the <br />main entrance driveway on S.R. 60, traffic movements will be <br />limited to right in, and right out of the site, and left into <br />the site from S.R. 60. <br />At the east entrance driveway on S.R. 60, traffic movements <br />will be limited to right in, and right out of the site and <br />left out of the site onto S.R. 60.
