JAN 19X991 BOOK 88 PAGE611-1 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, in conjunction with the rezoning request has approved a PD <br />conceptual plan (see EXHIBIT B, attached) that controls and <br />regulates development on the subject land; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has held a public <br />hearing pursuant to this rezoning request, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning of <br />the property s'Ituated in Indian River County, and legally described <br />in EXHIBIT A (attached) be changed from CL and CG to PD. <br />All with the meaning and intent as set forth in the land <br />development regulations, and the approved conceptual plan as may be <br />amended pursuant to the provisions of the Planned Development (PD) <br />Process and Standards for Development chapter of the land <br />development regulations. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County, Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, on this 19 day' of January , <br />1993. <br />This ordinance was advertised in the Vero Beach Press -Journal <br />on the 22 day of December 1992 for a public hearing to be <br />held on the 19 day of Januar , 1993 at which time it was <br />moved for adoption by Commissioner Eggert , seconded by <br />Commissioner Tippin , and adopted by the following vote: <br />Chairman Richard N.
