<br />Staff recommends that the Board, through the adoption of a
<br />resolution, release the common rear lot five (5) foot utility
<br />easements of Lots 2 through 21, Block 2, Casa Rio Subdivision,
<br />being the westerly five (5) feet of Lots 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10, & 11,
<br />and the easterly five (5) feet of Lots 12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20
<br />& 21, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1,
<br />Page 81 of the Public Records of.Indian River County, Florida.

<br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by
<br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously, adopted
<br />Resolution 93-16, releasing easements as described
<br />therein, as recommended by staff.

<br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA
<br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has easements as described below,
<br />WHEREAS, the retention of those easements serves no public
<br />Purposes,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
<br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that:
<br />This. release of easement is executed by Indian River County,
<br />a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose mailing
<br />address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to
<br />Robert J. & Karen A. Vatland, Grantees, their successors in
<br />interest, heirs and assigns, whose mailing address is P.O. Box 970,
<br />Vero Beach, Florida 32961, as follow:
<br />Indian River County does hereby abandon all right, title, and
<br />interest that it may have in the following described easements:
<br />the common rear lot five (5) foot utility easements of
<br />Lots 2 through 21, Block 2,.Casa Rio Subdivision, being
<br />the westerly five (5) feet of Lots 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 &
