Chandler <br />FRO •County Administrator REFERENCES: <br />Attached is a request for a Board hearing of an appeal of a employee <br />termination. At the January 26, 1993 meeting, it is requested the Board set a <br />date and time for the hearing. <br />Administrator Chandler estimated that the hearing will take <br />approximately three hours. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Macht, the Board unanimously set a <br />hearing date of February 3, 1993 at 9:00 A.M. for <br />the appeal of the termination of John Halquist. <br />APPROVAL OF RENEWAL OF UPS CONTRACT WITH EPE TECHNOLOGIES INC. FOR <br />E911 CENTER <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated January 13, 1993: <br />TO: Board of County Commissioner`s <br />FROM: Doug Wright, Director <br />Department of Emergency Services <br />DATE: January 13, 1993 <br />SUBJECT: Approval of Renewal of UPS Contract with <br />EPE Technologies, Inc., for E911 Center <br />It is respectfully requested that the information contained herein <br />be given formal consideration by the Board of County Commissioners <br />at the next scheduled meeting. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />The service agreement with EPE Technologies for scheduled and <br />remedial maintenance for the uninterrupted power supply (UPS) <br />equipment at the E911 Communications Center is due for renewal at <br />this time.
