The Russells <br />have agreed to sell at the appraised value and have executed the Contract For Sale and Purchase for <br />each of the parcels. There are no additional attorney's fees at this time. Additional compensation <br />for citrus trees taken in the amount of $1,375.00 is in Addendum A for one of the parcels. Title <br />insurance, recording and documentary stamps on the deeds will be a closing expense of $1,584.00. <br />Staff request the Board authorize the $57,744.00 contract for each parcel, the $1,375 tree <br />compensation, and $1,584 for closing costs; and direct the chairman to execute the contracts on the <br />Board's behalf.
