Blvd. Phase IV —Seligson Parcel <br />(withdrawn until a further date) <br />CERTIFICATE OF ACHIEVEMENT - CLERR OF THE CIRCUIT COURT <br />The Board reviewed the following memos dated 2/11/93: <br />TO: Honorable Richard N. Bird, Chairman <br />Board of County Commissioners <br />DATE: February 11, 1993 <br />SUBJECT: CERTIFICATE OF ACHIEVEMENT�� <br />FROM: Jeffrey K. Barton <br />Clerk of the Circuit urt <br />Request I be given time on the regular BCC meeting agenda for <br />February 23, 1993 to announce the receipt of a Certificate of <br />Achievement. The Indian River County Comprehensive Annual <br />Financial Report (CAFR) for the Fiscal Year ended September 30, <br />1991 has been awarded the Certificate of Achievement for <br />Excellence in Financial Reporting by the Government Finance <br />Officers Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA). <br />The Certificate of Achievement is the highest form of recognition <br />for excellence in state and local government financial reporting. <br />In order to be awarded a Certificate of Achievement, a government <br />unit must publish an easily readable and efficiently organized <br />CAFR whose contents conform to program standards. Such CAFR must <br />satisfy both generally accepted accounting principles and <br />applicable legal requirements. <br />This is the ninth consecutive year this Certificate of <br />Achievement has been awardedito Indian River County.
