SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL DISTRICT MEETING <br />Vice Chairman Tippin announced that the Board of County <br />Commissioners will now adjourn to reconvene as the Board of <br />Commissioners of the Solid Waste Disposal District. Those Minutes <br />are being prepared separately. <br />The Board of County Commissioners adjourned at 9:10 o'clock <br />A.M. to sit as the Board of Commissioners of the Solid Waste <br />Disposal District. <br />The Board of County Commissioners reconvened the Regular <br />Meeting of March 9, 1993, at 9:40 o'clock A.M. with the same <br />members present, Chairman Bird not having arrived yet. <br />PUBLIC HEARING — 34TH AVENUE/PINEWOOD ESTATES WATER SERVICE — <br />RESOLUTION III, CONFIRMING ASSESSMENT ROLL <br />The hour of 9:05 o'clock A.M. having passed, the County <br />Attorney advised that this public hearing was held last week as a <br />result of a mailing to individual property owners, and the public <br />hearing today will be held as a result of the following newspaper <br />ad: <br />VERO BEACH PRESS -JOURNAL <br />Published Daily <br />Vero Beach, Indian River County, Florida <br />COUNTY OF INDIAN RIVER: STATE OF FLORIDA <br />Before the undersigned authority personally appeared J.
