The Vice Chairman reopened the Public Hearing and asked if <br />anyone wished to be heard in this matter. There being none, he <br />closed the Public Hearing. <br />Attorney Vitunac advised that the Board must ratify the Motion <br />made last week to adopt a Resolution confirming the assessments in <br />connection with a water main extension in Pinewood Estates. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Macht, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously (4-0, <br />Commissioner Bird being delayed) ratified their vote <br />of March 2, 1993, and adopted Resolution 93-56, <br />confirming the special assessments in connection <br />with a water main extension to Pinewood Estates <br />(34th Ave.) and providing for special assessment <br />liens to be made of record. <br />required by Section 206.04, Indian River County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County <br />passed Resolution No. 93-32, on February 9, 1993, which net a time and <br />place for the owners of the properties to be assessed and other <br />interested persons to have the chance to be heard as to any and all <br />complaints as to said project and said special assessments; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was advertised for Tuesday, March 9, <br />1993, for the Board to act as required by Section 206.07, Indian River <br />County Code; and <br />Nei <br />MAR ® 91993 BCGK O 4: E U O <br />RECORD VERIFIED <br />Public Bearing (Third Rego.) <br />JEFFREY K.
