WISEMEN, P.E. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEER <br />DEPARTMENT OF UTILITY SERVICES <br />SUBJECT: PUBLIC HEARING - RECLAIMED WATER ORDINANCE <br />PROPOSED INDIAN RIVER COUNTY ORDINANCE, CHAPTER 202 <br />On February 9, 1993, the Board of County Commissioners consented to <br />setting March 9, 1993, as the date of the public hearing in regard <br />to the proposed Reclaimed Water Ordinance (see attached agenda <br />item) . <br />ANALYSIS: <br />On February 13, 1993, the Press -Journal advertised the public <br />hearing to discuss and consider adopting the proposed ordinance, <br />Chapter 202. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Department of Utility Services recommends that the Board of <br />County Commissioners approve and adopt the proposed Reclaimed Water <br />Ordinance, Indian River County Ordinance, Chapter 202. <br />The Chairman opened the Public Hearing and asked if anyone <br />wished to be heard in this matter. There being none, he closed the <br />Public Hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Tippin, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Ordinance 93-6, adding a new Chapter 202 entitled <br />County Reclaimed Water to the Code of Ordinances of <br />Indian River County, Florida. <br />28 <br />
